Sessions are conducted in-person or virtual to help meet organizational, budgetary and COVID restrictions. Participants will be supplied with valuable tools and materials to continue implementing the principles learned and to further the impact.
Lunch and Learn
Lunch and Learns are a great way to get your organization to the next level. Our Certified Coach will customize a 45 minute leadership, communication or change management lesson that is guaranteed to get results, all during the lunch hour. Engage your team in a fun, interactive and productive training that fits into their work day. Materials and take-aways are provided.

Delta offers several options for training your organization on a variety of valuable topics.
Mastermind Groups
A Mastermind groups allows the collaboration of like-minded professionals in an in-person or virtual setting. Training is conducted but the value is truly maximized in the idea sharing that takes place within the group. Delta Leadership conducts Mastermind sessions that are ope to the public throughout the year, but also facilitates private Masterminds for your organization.
